Hi there! Because shopping for swimwear should be as fun and freeing as swimming, we have kept this simple. Shipping (above $75.00 order value) and Returns, within the US, is always on us.
All returns must be initiated within 21 days of the purchase date. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept returns in new, unworn condition for a full refund. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and hygienic liners attached.
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be issued:
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to our error on our part.
• Any item that is returned more than 21 days after purchase
To complete your return, email us at email@example.com with your order details and the reason for your return. If the returns meet our policies, we will email you return instructions and a Prepaid Shipping Label to ship the items.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved for reimbursement, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that it takes us 4-5 business days to process the returns. Also, depending on your credit card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refunds to reflect on your account.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your payment account.
- If the refund isn’t showing on your payment account – please contact your Credit Card company/ Bank. It may take some time before your refund is posted on your account.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same/ another item, send us an email at email@example.com.
